Streak75 Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Streak75 is an attendance-tracking application developed and operated by QorvenTech. For privacy questions, contact support@qorventech.com.

2. Information Streak75 handles

Account information

Firebase Authentication handles your email address, unique user ID and authentication credentials. If you use Google Sign-In, Streak75 also receives the display name, email address and profile photo made available by your Google account. Streak75 does not receive your Google password.

Attendance and app data

Streak75 stores subjects, professor names you choose to enter, attendance totals, dated attendance statuses, notes, timetable entries, targets, custom attendance thresholds, colors, appearance choices and reminder preferences.

Device functionality

Streak75 requests notification permission to schedule reminders and low-attendance alerts on your device. PDF and spreadsheet reports are created only when you request them and are shared or saved using your device controls.

3. How information is used

• To sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To calculate attendance percentages, recovery classes and safe bunks.
• To sync account data between signed-in devices.
• To provide reminders, calendars, analytics and exports you request.
• To maintain, troubleshoot and protect the service.

Streak75 does not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising. The current app does not include an advertising SDK or third-party analytics SDK.

4. Service providers and data sharing

Streak75 uses Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore for account sign-in and cloud synchronization. Google Sign-In is used only when you choose that method. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy protections. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or to protect users, the service or legal rights.

5. Storage and security

Cloud data is organized under your Firebase user ID. Firestore rules restrict each signed-in user to their own user document, subjects, attendance records and timetable entries. A device-local cache supports offline use. No security measure is perfect, but Streak75 uses authenticated access and encrypted network connections provided by Firebase and the operating system.

6. Retention and deletion

Account and synced attendance data are retained while your Streak75 account remains active. You can permanently delete your account in Settings under Cloud & Account, or use the public account deletion page if you cannot access the app. Completed deletion removes the Firebase account and associated Firestore data. Limited records may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention or compliance with applicable law.

Files previously exported to your device or storage provider are not controlled by Streak75 and must be deleted by you.

7. Your choices

• Disable notifications through app or device settings.
• Export attendance data before deleting your account.
• Request access, correction or deletion by contacting us.
• Stop cloud processing by deleting your Streak75 account.

8. Children

Streak75 is intended for college and higher-education students and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain available at this URL with its updated date.
