Permanently delete your account and associated attendance data directly in the app. If you cannot access Streak75, send a deletion request from the email linked to your account.

Fastest option
Open Settings in Streak75.
Under Cloud & Account, tap Delete account.
Type DELETE and verify with your password or Google account.
Confirm Delete forever. Your account and synced data are removed.
Can’t access the app?
Email us from the address used for your Streak75 account. Include the account email and whether you signed in with Email or Google. We may reply to verify account ownership.
Start deletion requestRequests are normally completed within 7 days after verification, and no later than 30 days unless a legal requirement prevents it.
Deletion scope
Completing account deletion removes the Firebase account and Streak75 data associated with its unique user ID.
Email/Google-linked Firebase authentication account and profile
Subjects, class totals, dated records, statuses and notes
Timetable entries, targets, threshold ranges and reminder settings
Firestore data stored under your Streak75 user ID
Streak75 does not intentionally keep a separate copy of attendance data after completed deletion. Limited security or legal records may be retained only when required by applicable law. Data already exported to your device remains under your control.
